Number one mistake - put everyone else
before yourself coz it's the right thing
to do. Right?
Well, if you really want to be a happy chappy,
bursting with energy and vitality and a pleasure
to be with - well, in a good place anyway - then
The King Eats First - AND YOU'RE THE KING!
That means ...
- Spend time investing in yourself. (you are your family / business etc - so you've got to invest!)
- Take timeout EVERY day to meditate or relax 'i your cave'.
- Look after your body, mind and soul.
- Set goals - not just for work. But for body, being, balance and business.
- Pamper yourself and don't feel bad about it.
And guess what?
You'll be a better mother / father / partner /
parent / friend / business person etc etc etc
So you're not being selfish.
You're just being the best version of yourself possible.
