The reason my clients choose to work with me is not just because of the programmes I put together, it's the fact that if you're seeing me once or twice a week, you're usually going to treat it as an appointment and complete the workout.  In other words accountability.

More and more clients are now seeing me in pairs or threes.  It makes Personal Training very affordable, and it can be great fun too.  You can even imagine it's 'date night' with your other half (although that may need some persuading!).

I'm very lucky in that every single one of my clients is very long term. Most PTs are always trying to find new clients every month - my average client 'churn' is 2 years.
